  The main reason the world is not addressing climate change is because until now doing something
  about it is being framed as “We are losing something, they are taking something from us, taking our
  carbon lifestyle.”

  The alternative is actual change, “The Solona Project – the Economic Stimulus Of Adapting To
  Climate Change,” is a message of the many benefits and advantages from addressing Climate Change.

  “The Solona Project” is a comprehensive economic, security, technological, sustainable,
  environmental plan to address Human Development and Climate Change in both the short term to slow
  the progression of climate change, and for the future as we grow beyond the confines of “The Earth.”

  The “Solona Project,” is the re-imaging of our world, and seeing it as more than just earth. It is
  recognizing that our planet has three environs: the Terra Space – the land, Inner Space – the oceans,
  and Near Space – the space from Earth to the Moon and it’s surface, and envisioning how each of these
  environs can play a role in humanity’s development and the planet’s survival and future.

  “The Solona Project” is based on the concept of Stratification which is the idea that the planet has
  three environs, three vertically stacked strata, that make up the whole. Stratified living means utilizing
  each of the three environs for their highest and best use that is the least damaging to, and most in
  harmony with the environment. It creates an environmentally sustainable future by sub-dividing and
  reallocating each of our main life functions to the strata that is environmentally best suited to support
  those functions.

  Ocean Survival System

  

  Of the 100,000s of thousands of people at sea, there are over 720 MOBs, Man-Over-Board incidents a
  year, and when you are floating out there you are very vulnerable to shark attack. No one at sea knows
  if they will be an MOB, but they would definitely be safer and more likely to survive with an OSS.
  The Ocean Survival System (OSS) is a Shark Attack Deterrent Device, and so much more. The OSS
  alters the profile of the human body floating in the water so they do not look like dinner to a shark, the
  OSS has four primary in water life saving functions. The OSS is made of a two-ply material, the outer
  ply is plastic for strength, with an exterior camouflage design to reduce attracting sharks. The inner ply
  is Mylar, to provide insulation to reduce hypothermia while floating in the water, and the reflective
  Mylar surface can be turned outward and used as a rescue signal. Also in an emergency, the OSS can be
  inflated and used as temporary flotation.

  But the “Ocean Survival System” does not stop there, should you end up on a deserted island the OSS
  can be used as a Sleeping Bag, a Tent by opening one side and the bottom, you can cut into pieces to
  make solar stills to make drinking water, and you can cut a piece to put silver side up on the beach as a
  rescue signal.

  It truly is an OCEAN SURVIVAL SYSTEM.

  

  Xtreme Diver’s Challenge

  Diver’s Challenge (XDC) is for you.

  The XDC includes fourteen types of specialty scuba dives, from reef diving, to wreck diving, to living
  in an underwater habitat. Each more advanced, complicated, and dangerous. The Xtreme Diver’s
  Challenge is a set of Dive Planning Cards that details everything needed, gear and techniques, to plan
  and safely execute each type of specialty dive. The XDC is designed to challenge divers to push it to
  the Xtreme by completing every one of the specialties.

  The XDC also includes a set of Decompression Dive Tables, and an underwater writing slate for UW
  communications.

  production without the need for any polluting fuels. With the use of Underwater Turbine Generators we
  can harness that power.

  We have a design for a simple, relatively inexpensive to produce, cost effective Underwater Turbine
  Generator. These generators can be deployed in massed submerged generator fields at depths that will
  be easy to maintain, while not interfering with maritime activities. Some of the main parts can be made
  from plastic, plastic that can be recovered and recycled from the giant plastic island out in the Pacific
  Ocean. Turning something that is environmentally bad into something that is environmentally good.
